Why do I hear a rhythmic knocking sound that gets louder as I press my brakes lightly?

The knocking sound may be heard if the brakes are disintegrated due to overriding and the brakes may become tearing. The brakes may be wearer because of the overriding of the vehicles. The abs may be kept on but the noise may be produced, this condition is caused if the abs may be having a defect and it is necessary to replace the abs or there will be serious problems during the driving and you have to make sure that the car is serviced properly, sometimes the problem may be short and you may not have the need to change the brakes and in other case the problem may be more and you have to take essential steps for curing it. The car has to be maintained properly so that all the parts work properly. The sound may be caused due to the leakage in the oil of the brakes and the leakage should be stopped immediately and you have to be sure in doing such sort of things. It should be done at service station.
